Terms and conditions of the gift card:

  • The gift card is a digital PDF file and the customer can print it out if necessary.
  • The gift voucher is a single-use voucher.
  • Gift vouchers are only valid for pre-booked services. To book, please contact booking@napupuhkemaja.ee or via the website www.napupuhkemaja.ee.
  • If the amount of the service exceeds the value of the gift card, you will have to pay the remaining amount.
  • If the amount of the service is less than the value of the gift card, the unused amount is non-refundable.
  • Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
  • The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If the expiry date is exceeded, the gift voucher becomes invalid. Gift vouchers are not renewable. The accommodation must be used within the validity period of the gift voucher.
  • A lost gift card will not be exchanged for a new card or cash.
  • Reproduction of the gift card by any means is prohibited.
  • A gift card is a means of payment.
  • You cannot use a gift card to buy a new gift card.
